Terms & Conditions

General Terms

Your Agreement

By creating an account and using the services provided by SpinDog Casino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you comply with all local laws regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as needed. We will notify players of any significant changes before they come into effect. We recommend you review this page regularly to stay informed.

Who Can Play

SpinDog Casino accepts players who are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any player and may suspend an account if this requirement is not met. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in their country of residence.

Game Availability

Please be aware that some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to the policies of our game providers. Using a VPN or similar tool to bypass these restrictions is a breach of our terms and will result in the forfeiture of any winnings.

Your Player Account

Account Rules

Each player is permitted to have only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any winnings. You must not allow any other person, especially minors, to access or use your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

As a casino licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, we are legally required to verify the identity of our players. This may require you to provide documents such as proof of ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (a recent utility bill). If you cannot provide documents in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, a video verification may be required.

Anti-Fraud Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity and advantage play. If a player is found to be abusing promotions, colluding with others, or using strategies aimed at gaining an unfair advantage, we reserve the right to terminate the account and void all winnings. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using stolen cards or initiating chargebacks.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
  • Placing low-risk bets in Roulette that cover 25 or more of the 37 numbers.

Payments: Deposits & Withdrawals

Making a Deposit

We offer a variety of payment methods, including debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and other alternative payment options. In line with UK regulations, we do not accept credit cards.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit is generally £20, but this can vary depending on the payment method.

Wager Requirements on Deposits

All deposits must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal of associated funds can be made. If multiple deposits are made without any gaming activity, the total amount of these deposits must be wagered before withdrawal.

Withdrawing Your Funds

The minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • Daily: £4,000
  • Weekly: £8,000
  • Monthly: £30,000

We reserve the right to check your identity before processing any withdrawal. Please note that payouts via Bank Transfer may take 5-7 working days to process.

Liabilities & Disputes

Disclaimer of Liability

You acknowledge that gambling can lead to financial loss. SpinDog Casino is not liable for any financial damage arising from your use of the website. We are also not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable internet connections, or other technical errors that may affect gameplay.

In the unlikely event of an error, such as a wager being confirmed incorrectly or funds being mistakenly credited to your account, we reserve the right to cancel the affected wagers or correct the mistake. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, this will constitute a debt owed to us.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our Support Team first. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue to an independent dispute resolution body. In any dispute, the data logged on our game servers will be considered the final authority.

Dormant Accounts

If an account has no login activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of £10 will be charged on any dormant account with a positive balance until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.
