These terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered at SpinDog. Please read them carefully to understand how our offers work.
General Bonus Rules
Eligibility and Account Limits
All bonuses are strictly limited to one per person. This includes one per household, IP address, email address, phone number, and payment account (e.g., debit card, e-wallet).
Bonuses are available to all eligible UK players. However, some specific promotions may have country restrictions. We reserve the right to request proof of address (like a recent utility bill) to confirm your eligibility. If you cannot provide this, any bonus winnings may be voided.
Fair Use of Bonuses
Only one bonus can be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be stacked. You can choose to opt-out of receiving bonuses by contacting our Support Team.
If you wish to cancel an active bonus, you can do so at any time. This will not affect your real money balance. A bonus is automatically considered void if the bonus balance falls to £0.05 or less.
Wagering Requirements Explained
Standard Wagering Rules
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the following rules apply:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonuses and free spin winnings must be wagered 40 times before they can be withdrawn.
- Bonus Validity: Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the time they are credited.
- Maximum Bet: The maximum bet allowed while wagering a bonus is £5. This includes any double-up features or bonus round buy-ins.
- Time Zone: All bonus schedules are based on the UTC time zone.
Game Contributions
Different games contribute differently towards clearing wagering requirements.
- Slots: 100%
- Roulette: 25%
- Card Games (Blackjack, Baccarat, etc.): 10%
- Other Games: 0%
Please be aware that some specific games may be excluded from bonus play entirely.
Using Your Bonus & Withdrawing Winnings
When you have both real money and bonus money in your account, your real money is always used first.
Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. If a bonus expires before wagering is complete, the bonus funds and winnings will also be lost.
Fair Play & Bonus Abuse
We operate a strict policy against bonus abuse and strategies designed to create an unfair advantage. If we find that a player is misusing bonuses, we reserve the right to void any winnings and prevent the player from receiving future offers.
Actions considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Switching from low-contribution games (like Blackjack) to high-contribution games (like slots) after a large win.
- Placing low-risk bets, such as betting on both red and black in Roulette.
- Drastically reducing your bet size by more than 80% after a big win to complete wagering.
- Delaying game rounds, including free spin and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement.
Loyalty & Comp Points
You earn Comp Points (CP) for playing with real money, which can be exchanged for bonus cash.
Earning Comp Points
- Earning Rate: You get 1 CP for every £20 wagered on slots.
- Redemption: You can start redeeming points once you have at least 500.
VIP Levels & Exchange Rates
Your VIP level determines how many points you need to get a bonus. The higher your level, the better the exchange rate.

All cash bonuses redeemed from Comp Points are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
No-Deposit Bonus Rules
For bonuses or free spins received without requiring a deposit, specific withdrawal caps apply:
- If you have never made a deposit: The maximum withdrawal from winnings is capped at £200.
- If you have previously made a deposit: The maximum withdrawal is capped at £300.
Any winnings exceeding these amounts will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
